adequate stay with some issues

unclean bathroom poor soundproofing

the bathroom was not as clean as i expect. i noticed some grime around the shower area. additionally, the soundproofing in the room was poor. i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway which disrupted my sleep.

great spot near trails

convenient location amazing view nearby trails

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was really close to little adam's peak trail. it was also near the nine arch bridge. the view of ella rock was amazing from my balcony.

the reception staff was not very helpful regarding local transport. they mostly focused on payment and selling services.

the staff were always friendly. they were quite helpful. the manager, shantha, noticed i missed breakfast one morning. he provided a packed lunch box with goodies for my hike. this was a very nice gesture.

the staff was very clean.

The room lacked a dustbin in the bedroom and a mirror, so i couldn't get ready when someone used the bathroom. there was only one socket on either side of the bed. Therefore, i could not plug in the bedside light and charge my phone. the photo of the exterior is an artist's impression.

the hotel's location was convenient , close to little adam's peak trail and the nine arch bridge. a standout experience was the breakfast assistance from lalith , who offered the best fare. i also appreciated the gesture of a free room upgrade.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with requests. especially commendable was the prompt arrangement of transportation when our driver cancelled unexpectedly , proving their dedication to guest welfare.
